Welcome to the Women's hat section. Here are the latest and greatest collections of the ever-changing and evolving Flood Hat line. Featured in this section are my classic crocheted hats and my line of hats made from recycled fabrics. All hats are created to fit any size head because they are stretch to fit. If a recycled hat leans more to the small or large side, it will be noted in the hat description. Each year almost ten new styles are born, so it's always good to keep an eye on this page for new hat descriptions. Thank you for looking and have fun finding your Flood hat style.

The Ursha >>
*NEW* The Ursha features the ruched body of the Fiddle hat and the Paige brim. This combination gives off a very classic 1920's look with Paige brim wrapping so close to the face and the textured main body of the hat. Good for people with longer or more angular face shapes. This hat can features any of the Flood appliqué styles. |
|
The Stell >>
*NEW* The Stell features the ruched body of the Fiddle hat and the Tab brim. This combination gives the wearer a very sassy classic look. Because this brim is so dramatic, this hat looks great on all face shapes. The Stell can feature either the button or flower pin-back styles.
|
|
The Trumped >>
*NEW* The Trumped hat features the body of the Beretta and the brim of the Rigby hat. This combination is a softer more modern take on this brimmed beret-style hat. Great for adding balance to the silhouette, or tucking your hair inside the Trumped is simply super cute. This hat can feature the sprout or floral appliqués. |
The Fiddle >>
*NEW* This hat is the first Flood hat that can be described as "chic." The front body of the hat features ruching, which give this hat texture and a slightly elongated silhouette. All appliqué and décor styles can be applied to this hat. When wearing this hat you can lessen the "tall-look" by dragging the excess of the hat back with your hand. |
|
The Alberta >>
*NEW* This hat is a variation of the Beretta. It has the full beret-style body in the back, but has the sporty Ragga brim. These elements combined together give this hat a 1970's look. Great for tucking your hair inside of too. The Alberta hat comes with the sprout, and floral varietals for the décor.

|
The Timber >>
*NEW* This hat is my very own version of the classic men's driver hat! The best parts of this style hat is that is still sinks down over the ears and has a softer, slouchier look than the classic version. The Timber hat is escpecially spunky, and has a very edgy vibe. Flowers and single wing are the décor styles for this hat. |
The Beretta >>
The Beretta is the very first Flood hat that has what I call, "The Full-Bodied Back." This means the hat has more of a slouchy look in the back and you can also tuck that untamable hair completely inside of it! The brim wraps just slightly more around the hat and is the longest of the brims. This hat is worn with the decor aligned with your temple and the excess of the hat slouched to the back. It also features various styles of décor including: the five petal flower (featured above), the sprout and other floral varieties. |
|
The Rook >>
The Rook hat has a slightly full back, and creates a crown-like silhouette to the head and face shape. It also has plenty of room to put unruly hair! One of the classiest hats yet to come from Flood Clothing, this hat really does just dress any outfit up. It has a feeling of fierce sophistication. Wearing the Rook calls for the decor at the temple, and the excess of the hat slouched to the back. It also features various styles of decor including: The six petal flower (featured above), the sprout and other floral varieties. |
|
The Latch >>
This is the original Fierce hat. The Latch hat has a very dramatic brim that is longer, and is somewhere between the Ragga and Clouche in length. It has a fitted back like the original Flood hats. The Latch is worn with the decor lined up with the temple and the brim slightly lowered for the ultimate Fierce, (in a sweet kind of way) look. It can be made in basic or printed fabric and can have all of the decor styles on the side. This particular one features one I call "the bubble tree." |
The Tab >>
The Tab by far the Sassiest hat Flood Clothing has ever made. I put this one on when I am wearing my jammies out of the house and don't want anyone to notice. It has the fitted back, and features a single brim pin-back on either side of the hat. This hat is worn with the tab lined up right at the temple, and the brim pulled down on the side for the super sassy look. Featured in this example is a single button pin-back, but the tab can have multiple buttons, or a flower pin-back as well. |
|
The Clarice >>
The Clarice is the marriage of the Clouche and the Rook hats. Some have called it the true Clouche, however i think it is a Clouche with benefits. Because it has the slightly full back, you can put all of your hair inside of it. This slightly full back also allows the clouche brim not to wrap too closely to the face, so it is a really good hat for people with rounder features. Wearing this hat starts with lining the decor up at the temple line, the brim completely off to the side, and the excess hat pushed toward the back. It can feature various styles of décor including: the three prong flower(featured above), the sprout, and other floral appliqués. |
|
The Flax >>
The Flax is the marriage of the Tab and the Rook. It has the sassy look of the Tab, but with the crown shape of the Rook. Great for throwing on and dressing up any look, you can also put your hair inside this hat. It is worn with the pin-back lined up at the temple, excess of the hat pushed to the back, and the brim lowered on one side. Featured in this example is the flower pin-back. The Flax hat can feature the button pin-back as well. |
The Merona >>
The Merona is the marriage of the Clouche and the Beretta. It is one of the first hats to leave the 1920's and get to the more relaxed looks of the 1930's. This is super soft, and playful style hat. The Marona is really good for adding a sweet touch to the full-bodied back look. This hat is worn with the decor lined up with your temple, brim completely off to the side, and excess of the hat slouched to the back. It can feature various styles of decor including: The double leaf flower (featued above), the sprout and other floral varieties. |
|
The Iacona >>
The Iacona is the marriage of the Beretta and the Tab. The Tab brim on this hat really opens up the face but leaves some sassy-mystique. The full-bodied back also allows for hair-tucking, as well as changing the overall appearance of the shilohuette. Because it has the tab brim, it can have the button pin-back or the flower pin-back style. This example features the double button pin-back. |
|
The Sian >>
The Sian is the marriage of the Paige and the Beretta. The brim wraps much closer to the face and is more stream-lined, but has a full-bodied back. This hat is worn with the overlay flap aligned with your temple. It also features various styles of décor including: five petal flower (featured above), the sprout, and other floral appliqués. |
The Paige >>
The Paige hat is the only Flood hat that the brim wraps very close to the face. This gives this hat a more stream-lined, mod look. This hat is worn with the overlay flap aligned with your temple. It is a great style for people who have longer or more angular features. The Paige can feature all styles of decor and applique.

 |
The Clouche >>
The Clouche is my rendition of the roaring 20's flapper hat the "Cloche." This hat is designed to be worn with the brim completely off to the side so that the designs on that hat line up with your temple. (It takes a minute to get used to it, but trust me, put the brim on sideways ladies!). The most feminine of all my hats, the Clouche can feature all styles of applique and decor. |
 |
The Ragga >>
The Ragga is the very first Flood recycled hat. It is very similar to the baseball style hat and gives the wearer an urban-sport feel. This is the one style that looks good all face shapes. It features a brim that is worn slightly off to the side for a little jaunt. The Ragga can features all styles of applique and decor. |

 |

Basically this is a hat and a set of earmuffs rolled into one. The brim on this hat is slightly shorter than the traditional Ragga. It can be made in solid colors or with stripes.

|
Sonar >>
This hat is hand crocheted with 100% Acrylic yarn. It is made in the beanie style with added ear flaps. It can be made in solid colors or with stripes. There are flowers attached to the outside of both the ear flaps, and braids or tails can be attached to them as well. |
 |
Bumbler >>
This hat is hand crocheted with 100% Acrylic yarn. It resembles the base-ball style hat with added earflaps. The brim on the hat is worn to the center front of the head. The ear flaps have braids or tails attached to them, and the top can be made with or without a pom-pom. These hats can be made in solid colors or with stripes. |
Crocheted Ragga >>
This hat is hand crocheted with 100% Acrylic yarn. It resembles the baseball-style hat, and has a brim that is worn slightly tilted so that the brim is jaunty. It can be made in solid or striped patterns. It also features several different décor styles including: 3D piping, appliqués and flowers.

It also features several different décor styles including: 3D piping, appliqués and flowers. Sometimes, there's even a pom-pom on top of this one.
|
 |
