We will gladly accept returns or exchanges if you find that you are not satisfied with your item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All orders have a 15-day return/exchange policy.
The return/exchange must be date stamped 15 days after the was SHIPPED, not 15 days from the day the item was received. If it is an item that you purchased directly from the Flood Clothing booth or store, the 15 day rule still applies. All returns/exchanges must have no sign of wear. If you are returning an item, once it is received you will be issued STORE CREDIT in the amount you paid for the item. All items that are purchased on sale or at a discounted rate are non-returnable.
Please contact Info@Floodclothing.com to inform us of your intentions. Please indicate whether you are exchanging or returning the item. If you are exchanging the item please make note of the item you are wishing to exchange it for. Once the original item is received, your new item will be sent to you.
We will not accept items past the 15 day time period. If you receive a defective product you must notify Flood Clothing within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return.
Please keep in mind that you have ordered something that is one of kind and made just for you! We ask that you allow up to 4 weeks for the delivery of your new treasure. In this time we will be finding the materials, cutting and hand sewing your creation, and this quality work takes time. Once your item is ready to be shipped, we will send it via the USPS. We typically use 2-day priority mail just to get your item to you as quick as we can. We will send a notification when your item has been shipped.
